- A Saturday night booking will only be taken with either Friday
night or
Sunday night included and must be for 2 bedrooms.
- Sunday to Thursday can be booked for single nights and 1 bedroom
if
required.
- Any booking of 3 nights or more attracts a 10% discount for
the entire booking.
- Public holiday long weekends require a minimum of a 3 night booking for 2 bedrooms.

booking conditions
- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is prior to 11am.
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm your
reservation.
- If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, the deposit
is forfeited unless
the house is rebooked for the same period.
- Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
- A fold-away bed and cot are available.
- Large parties or functions, even if your guests are not staying over night, are strictly prohibited. Groups larger than those booked can only be allowed at the discretion of management.
- Lillians is a non-smoking environment. Smokers, please use the verandah areas outside.
- Sorry, no pets.
